A group of caring people committed to supporting our kids.

The Child Centre is a non-profit society. Our membership and board is composed of parents/guardians of the children who attend our programs, along with alumni and community stakeholders.

Our Staff

We are pleased to be going into our 8th year with Sarah Pansino as our Lead Teacher and Facility Manager.   Sarah is a registered Early Childhood Educator with Infant Toddler Specialist certification through Pacific Rim Early Childhood Institute, and has also completed her Waldorf early childhood teacher training atThe Rudolf Steiner Centre in Toronto.  Sarah brings with her a wealth of knowledge of early learning and a deep dedication for nature-based and experiential education.

Ivan Marko will assist this coming 2023-2024 school year with her passion and patience for working with children, elders and canines in our community.

Florine Lawrance was previously a parent-helper and board member. She now supports The Child Centre and keeps us organized as our Treasurer.
